I truly cannot say enough great things about this company. From start to finish they have raised the bar on what a contractor/company should be! I was shocked when I was able to contact Justin (the owner) and deal directly with him and he was the one who came out to give me a quote. The responsiveness and rapidness of receiving the quote back was like nothing I have ever experienced before. If ever I had any questions I would get a quick response from both Justin, the owner and Megan, who does the scheduling. They made this process seamless and effortless on my end. I love the fact that this is a family-owned business and that they treat their customers right. They seem to really know and understand what Customer Service really is and they continuously show that they value their customers. Not only were they easy to work with but the finished product of my windows and sliding glass door were excellent and they really pay attention to the little details! I would and HAVE highly recommended this company to anyone and everyone I know. If every company worked this way, the world would genuinely be a much greater, more efficient, and less frustrating place. If you are considering having any work done by them, please do it. They will not disappoint!

I could not be happier with Schulte Construction and their quality of work, professionalism, and communication. We were kept appraised at every step of the process from ordering our shutters, to when they submitted the required permits, to scheduling our installation. Justin walked us through the process, answered all my questions, and provided ideas I had not considered for hurricane protection. Megan kept us up to date on the status of our project and always answered my questions promptly. The crew that installed our shutters were nothing but professional and friendly. They left the work areas cleaner than they found it and showed us how easy it is to use our new shutters. I will never hesitate to recommend Schulte Construction to anyone that needs hurricane shutters or impact windows installed.

I found Schulte Construction on the list of approved contractors through the My Safe Florida program. Working with Justin & the Schulte team was, hands down, the best experience I've had since the hurricane. Justin called when he said he would, showed up on time and was 100% professional and thorough during the entire process of replacing some doors & windows for us. From the installation crew to the office team, Schulte Construction exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend and I will absolutely be using them on my next phase of window replacements.

I can’t say enough great things about this family owned and operated company, the owners and their employees. From the very start, they were suggested to me by family members that had used their services in the past. I do not particularly like dealing with sales people as they tend to be overbearing, pushy and try to sell things you do not want or need. This was not the case with Schulte Construction. My wife and I personally dealt with the owners. They were personable, professional and very down to earth (absolute perfection). They asked what we wanted and needed. Nothing more. When I explained my needs and my goals, they were no pressure and got me exactly what I needed to fit my budget. I could not have been happier. I was thoroughly impressed with their preparations as they used some very advanced, top of the line technology, leaving nothing to chance. They kept the entire process stress free without any hidden costs or fees. The last phase was just as easy. The workers came out and went right to work. They were also very pleasant and engaging, which in my case might have been difficult since they were being followed around by my 3 young boys, who absolutely adored them. I am the kind of person who likes to learn and watch the construction or window replacement in my case. I watched them from start to finish and had a few questions for them intermittently. They were happy to answer my questions and explain their process. The windows they put in immediately made a difference as they appear to be high quality and immediately made the house cooler and quelled the noise from outside. Point in case, a motorcycle went howling past out house just after installation. I could see the motorcycle but could not hear a sound. The inspection is done via advanced technology as well. It is done as they complete the windows so there are no time consuming visits or scheduling issues. It’s so simple. They also kept everything clean as they worked and cleaned up everything in

Had to come on here and leave a 5 star review for Schulte Construction. I first contacted them because I wanted to get new hurricane impact windows as part of the My Safe Florida Home program. As a new home owner, I didn't know much about this process so I greatly appreciate Justin and his team for all the amazing help and knowledge shared along the way. From the jump, Schulte Construction worked with me so I could get the quote best suited for my needs. The crew also made sure their work was of top tier quality. They took their time and did not rush over any details. I truly appreciate the exceptional work and customer service provided by Schulte Construction. Highly recommend!

I found out about Schulte Construction from the My Safe Florida Home Program, but will continue to use their services beyond the program. This company is family-owned, honest, dependable, and did an amazing job on my windows and doors. The were incredibly responsive and showed up every time they said they would. Their pricing is honest and reasonable and they kept me posted on all aspects of my project, from ordering windows/doors, permits, and invoicing. I’ve recommended them to neighbors and friends , all who have had the same experience as me. Highly recommend!

Justin and his team have replaced my entry door and windows in the southwest Florida area. Justin is very knowledgeable and has educated me about the products recommended in my area due to weather. He and his team are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and always willing to answer questions and make a visit to address any questions. Schulte Construction did an exceptional job installing 20 windows, 5 doors and 2 sliding doors in our home. From the first meeting with Justin Schulte to the completion of the project and beyond they were professional, courteous, responsive and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Justin’s crew took the extra time to make sure each door and window was installed perfectly. They also fixed a few things at no additional cost that were not part of the scope of the project. We interviewed 5 companies and chose Schulte because they treated us with respect and spent the time to make us feel comfortable about such a big undertaking. Justin’s humble approach was refreshing and sincere. The bigger companies we looked at were mostly non-responsive, too aggressive and way over-priced. Schulte delivered the best quality and value for our project. We have dealt with a lot of contractors over many years and our experience with Justin and his crew was absolutely the best experience of all. We would highly recommend Schulte Construction.

I had a sliding door and 2 huge picture windows installed. Justin had to do some construction to make it possible for the window installation. Cannot be happier with the work done. The process went smooth and Justin is very professional ,responsive to all queries and just a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Justin .
